Technical Project Coordinator and Planner

Duties / Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals, and milestones
• Create technical documentation as needed
• Create written reports on the progress of project
• Keep projects on track for successful completion by set deadlines
• Work closely with Technical and Engineering Executive Managers to develop and maintain detailed schedules of all project phases (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) using Primavera P6.0.
• Maintain Master Project Schedule and make sure all agreements with contractors are met
• Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports such as Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Make on-site visits to review construction progress as directed by managers
• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including owner’s obligation
• Maintain accurate records/paperwork
• Facilitate and participate in weekly project schedule reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned by CEO and Managers

Skills and Qualifications

• College degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• An understanding of basic engineering concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications a plus
• Experience using Primavera P6 a plus
