Technology Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Requirment:

• Experience in Technology Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 6-8 years of experience with exposure to ServiceDesk Training in ServiceDesk environment.
• Should be well versed within Service Desk environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be from customer support/Service Desk background.

Qualification:

• 6-8 years of experience with exposure to ServiceDesk Training in IT ServiceDesk environment.
• Should be well versed  within Service Desk environment.
• Flexible with shift, willingness to work in night shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Mathematical skills to process complex calculations.
•  Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge.
• Computer skills to use various programs  for analysis.
• Analytical skills to process large amounts of data.
