Designation: Telecom Field Engineer  / Integrator

Minimum of 3 years direct experience in the field Can work any shift or a mixture of  -  No surprises after the fact – Be willing to work weekends if needed. The drive to be on a winning team and be a team player.

Responsibilities: Responsible for 5G, LTE Integration of Nokia Air scale of ESMB, FSME and FSMF Installation of Nokia Airscale equipment for AT&T Integrate and Commissioning of New Site Builds (NSB), Carrier Adds and 5G upgrades Integrate LTE and 5G using Web Element Manager CPRI relo (fiber relocation during MW) SMM commissioning for external alarms NEA testing Troubleshooting site issues Download site specific SCF scripts, OAM scripts, and baseline scripts Installation and integration DIY sites, commissioning Nokia Flexi 2G & UMTS Convert FSMF to ESMB 2G flex BTS FTP tools, IP/TCP config, EAMS, MOP documents, COP procedures cables dressing, labeling, terminating power, ground, RJ45, and punch down Edit MS Excel for TRW tracking and reporting Perform Site walks, Site Construction monitoring, Quality Audits of T-Mobile Rural America GSM/LTE sites. External Alarm testing/simulation, Site troubleshooting, Reconfiguration, Alarm monitoring using Remote Access.
