Job Description :Interested candidates can email their resumes at [email protected]   Telecom Specialist (Contract) Location: Atlanta, Plano or Phoenix (preferred Plano)   Job description   Must Have   Doing vendor management Voice circuit/telecom cleanup   Telecom Specialist is responsible for doing in depth analysis of telecom and network assets and utilization. This person would be responsible for discovering, tracking, tracing the network devices, edge routers, switches, Cisco PBX systems, etc. their usage and recommend optimization. The successful candidate will be comfortable working closely with associates at all levels from technical system administrators to business leadership.   Responsibilities Implement / use asset tracking tools. Identify and document voice related circuits, assets and utilization patterns. Work with network and telecom providers to gather data and analyze utilization patterns. Work with client and march to client strategies   Qualifications   Understanding of technologies including but not limited to traditional TDM including analog, PRI, long distance, VOIP, MPLS, SIP, mobile. Experience with network and telecom discovery tools such as vitalnet, SolarWinds, etc. Expertise in Network devices, topology, remote access methodology, TACACS, jump servers, etc 5+ years of experience in network support roles Preferred CCNA certification Experience with CISCO Voice solutions. Ability to perform and complete multiple projects under aggressive timelines. Strong attention to detail in deliverables. Ability to Influence multiple stakeholders (decentralized conglomerate culture/structure). Participation in program implementation and management for network and Telecom asset optimization. Experience working with multinational global organizations.
