Telecommunications Engineer

Job Description :" Develop the strategic direction and deliver an improved Telecom Expense Management process with the involvement of the Network Engineering, Collaboration, Procurement, and Finance teams. " Drive the reduction and transformation of traditional network costs. " Maintain and improve telecom vendor relationships (i.e. Masergy, Virtela, WebEx, GTM, others) through established and timely business reviews. " Create, document and communicate circuit order and delivery processes. " Manage all global circuit orders and provide a point of contact and escalation services for Hitachi Vantara weekly meetings regarding circuit orders, cancellation, and delivery. " Manage multiple simultaneous global voice initiatives by confirming scope, defining implementation approach, tracking milestones, and managing delivery risks and issues. Qualifications " Minimum of 3 years experience managing some or all of the following: TEMS, telecom invoices, contracts, carrier portals, and tariffs. " Strong knowledge of Project Methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. " Advanced knowledge of reporting tools including O365 and analytic tools (e.g. Power BI). " Strong communication, relationship development, analytical and strategic planning skills. " Global/international experience is highly desired. " Vendor experience with AudioCodes, Masergy, TEMS vendors highly desired. We are an equal opportunity employer.
