Job Description :
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable business information systems, business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies - Required 7Years
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing of business rules and process flows - Required 7Years
  • Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design - Required 7Years
  • Experience with industry standard Business Analysis methodologies and problem solving - Required 5Years
  • Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing - Required 5Years
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project - Required 5Years
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to facilitate small-to-large meetings - Required 5Years
  • Demonstrable analytical skills and an attention to detail - Required 5Years
  • Excellent creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills -    Required 5Years
  • Proactive, quality oriented, with demonstrated leadership and team building skills - Required 5Years
  • Hands on experience in solution testing using industry standard tools - Required 3Years
  • Experience with interpreting business requirements to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, test cases and UAT - Required 3Years
  • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM - Required 3Years
  • Experience testing against Microsoft .NET C# applications - Required 3Years
  • SQL experience - Required 3Years
  • Experience writing procurement documents including RFP - Desired        
  • Experience with all types of testing - unit/system/performance/regression/White Box testing - Desired        
  • Jira - Desired        
  • Experience using HP Quality Center ALM tool - Desired
