Tririga Technical Consultant

Mandatory skills:

• Responsible for the implementation of customization within the IBM Tririga Application platform in a client environment.
• Understand the client's Real Estate, Asset Lease, Capital Management requirements.
• Work with business and functional analysts to develop and implement the customized solutions
• Design and/or improvement of corporate real estate and facilities management business processes.
• Development of real estate and facilities portfolio optimization strategies
• Determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
• The lead should be experienced dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations
• Creating and modifying real estate contracts within the TRIRIGA Application Real Estate module (Conf Room Reservation)
• Commercial Real Estate accounting practices including new standards
• Payment processes for Commercial Leasing within the TRIRIGA Application Real Estate module
• A minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementations in Real Estate &/or Lease Management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large technology IWMS engagements (Tririga, Lease Admin.)
• Splunk developer with Python, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS working experience.
