Job Description:
At least 12 years overall experience with 4 years in Retail and/or Manufacturing processes. At least 11 years of experience in tools like Visual Design, Adobe Photoshop. At least 11 years of experience in software proficiency that spans programs like Adobe CS5, PowerPoint Wireframing Protyping HTML CSS Axure Balsamiq UXPin Sketch. Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills as well as a positive attitude. Good knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, key retail processes including but not limited to sourcing, procurement, costing etc.. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills. Demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members that report to other groups in the organization.
