• Product design experience. 
• Work experience in a team environment. 
• Internal or external industry specific experience in relevant discipline. 
• Experience facilitating workshops on specific need(s) for the job, discipline, function, unit, etc. 
• Problem-solver, solution-driven. Primary focus in digital space, social channels, etc.
• Strategize to find digital experience for campaign development.
• Overall experience of visitors to our media channels and tying it all together.
• Help strengthen the Copywriter and Graphic Designer relationship.
• New product launch and can work with the Copywriter and Graphic Designer and find out the best experience they want our customers to live in.
• Define the journey and make it come to life.
• Min bach degree, recent grads ok with fresh ideas.

Requirment:

• Web design experience in some form.
• Testing/data analysis experience.
• Basic understanding of marketing best practices.

Key Skills:

• Visual and UI Design Skills.
• UX designers need a baseline of visual and user interface (UI) design skills. 
• Organizing Information.
• Wireframing. 
• Prototyping.
