Job Description :

 Responsibilities:

  • Help drive guidelines, best practices and methodologies across the entire cross-functional digital product team.
  • Partner with product, brand, marketing and creative teams to adhere to each brand's creative vision.
  • Provide the team with Art Direction and challenge the Web and Development team in producing new components that better display content
  • Work closely with Analytics, UX Manager, and Digital Experience Manager, you will come forward with suggestions on how to make continued improvements to our brand experiences online.
  • Provide Art Direction to other Designers who design for campaigns for offline marketing.
  • Create Digital Design Systems / Web Brand Guidelines for our brands.
  • Manage your own work and manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Understand Web Accessibility constraints and how to stress test your designs to meet the AA Compliant standards.
  • Work with department and brand leads, support in managing projects in line with.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience applying human-centered design and design thinking methodologies throughout digital product development
  • Domain specific expertise and perspective for user experience design solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems with simple solutions.
  • Strong portfolio with data driven insights.
  • Ability to defend ideas and concepts from gathering rich consumer insights.
  • Proficiency with a range of prototyping and experience design tools.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field such as, Human Centered Design, Design Research, UX Design, Product Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with remote moderated and un-moderated user testing techniques.
  • Demonstrates excellence in reading and understanding your audience.
  • A creative designer who enjoys developing initial ideas through to completion.
