UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the best possible user experience across our products; both physical and digital.
• Work with and leads product categories, engineers, and developers on the customer experience and interface needs on a range of pet products, native apps, and websites.
• Establish, design within, maintain and evolve UX/UI guidelines, processes and design systems ensuring their effective implementation across products and services.
• Create wireframes, visual comps, prototypes, style guides, and other deliverables as needed to effectively communicate and evaluate designs
• Harmonize with Industrial Design on product design concepts and user touch-points.
• Partner with research and insights to run in-home use tests, surveys, and qualitative studies.
• Collaborate with developers to create iterative, interactive prototypes to evaluate through user testing.
• Create visual designs bringing the customer experience to life in the associated app.
• Represent and advocate customer-centered design within teams and throughout the organization.
• Work with developers and engineers to oversee changes through to completion and be accountable for the finished quality of the product experience.
• Contribute to the professional development of other UX/UI team members.
