Job Description :Responsibilities:
- ● Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other Designers to advocate for the user and ship high-quality products.
- ● Participating in user-centered exercises to build empathy for users, and assist in defining product scope.
- ● Create simple, elegant cross-platform solutions to complex interaction problems that empower our users.
- ● Developing wireframes to help socialize ideas internally.
- ● Create and communicate with purpose, supporting your ideas and design choices.
- ● Building high-fidelity prototypes for user-testing and delivery to engineering teams.
- ● Practice responsible design,
- ● Be a leader, setting examples for others and teaching them.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years in UI/UX, interaction, or product design, with a solid visual portfolio.
- A strong, empathetic mentor on projects who inspires and encourages their team members to deliver the highest quality work.
- Demonstrated high understanding of common design tools Bonus points for front end development, animation or motion experience skills.
- Have working knowledge of web & mobile technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
- Effective time management skills to balance project schedules with fast-paced deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts and intent to your team and partners.
