UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop understanding and empathy for our users on how they value and interact with our products and services.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand unmet clinical needs and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Build concise, user-centric visions and journeys that form bridges between unmet needs and technical solutions.
• Guide planning, scaling, documenting, and execution of Human Factors and UI/UX design activities in alignment with the regulatory and quality teams.
• Maintain knowledge on current design trends and standards and how they apply to our products and our patients.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressively complex UI/UX design projects for a medical device, healthcare technology, or related product field is required.
• A track record of delivering UI/UX solutions for software or hardware products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is required.
• A mechanical aptitude and an affinity for consistency, color use, and typography is preferred.
• Able to understand and distill highly complex technical solutions into clean, focused, and understandable solutions is preferred.
