Virtual Assistant

Seeking a data entry clerk / virtual assistant to help with maintaining a database of information and adding to it on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a database of contacts
• Setting appointments
• Adhering to guidelines and standards
• Taking notes for specific contacts
• Helping contacts get the right information
• Speaking with contacts shortly to coordinate meetings and conversations

• Experience with data entry
