We are in search of a Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our Warehouse Operations Supervisor with managing daily warehouse operations including, but not limited to: data analysis, communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of coordinating inventory data-related tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Handle order entry and maintain system updates to reflect real-time order status and inventory levels.
• Reconcile data reports regularly to maintain accuracy and provide reliable support for decision-making.
• Ensure ongoing communication with other departments to verify data accuracy and timelines, facilitating a cohesive operational environment.
• Be open to travel and participate in warehouse site visits alongside the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, offering on-the-ground support and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge in ERP systems, data analysis tools, and office software (e.g. Excel) to manage and report on inventory and operational data.
• Ability to manage, organize, and categorize large data sets.
• Experience with inventory management and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a group setting.
• Willingness to travel to on-site warehouse locations.
