Web Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create visual designs, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms that align with conversion goals.
• Create design elements such as logos, typography, and images using specialized software.
• Conduct research to identify new web design trends and best practices to increase conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website meets company goals and objectives for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Optimize website for search engines and user experience to increase conversions.
• Create and maintain web graphics, including icons, banners, and infographics that support conversion objectives.
• Perform regular website maintenance, including updates, backups, and security checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor website analytics and report on website performance to Marketing team, making recommendations for further improvements to increase conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in web design and graphic design and development, with a focus on creating pages that convert.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices that align with conversion goals.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Skills:

• Proficient at coding with languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• For front-end development, and Python, Java.
• Ruby, and PHP for back-end programming.
