Web Developer

Responsibilities:

• Help manage the functionality, experience, and design of the ahead.com website.
• Create code updates as-needed, responding to changes in the business, marketing campaigns, general messaging, partner relationships, etc.
• Work with Brand Team to update content and design of various pages, and keep the site up-to-date with visual guidelines.
• Act as point person to breaks, bugs, and outages while responding with relevant code fixes.
• Proactively recommend site improvements and innovative solutions while monitoring industry trends and changes in compliance requirements
• Have a passion for learning new methods and programming languages.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of frontend development experience.
• Experience with working alongside other developers and effectively managing codebase versions.
• Managing personal project timelines and priorities while delegating workload as needed.
• Writing, testing, debugging, and integrating custom scripts, tools, and plugins.
