Web Developer

Key Work Functions

• Work closely with product managers and design engineers to maintain existing web tools
• Promote best software development practices to help the team produce better product faster
• Share your insights and knowledge with your peers
• Participate in walk-through of functional specifications
• Implement new features
• Participate in code reviews
• Build a better test framework for unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Participate as part of a team or as an individual contributor on design tasks  

Required Skills

• Official Training in web development technologies, degree in computer science or engineering preferred
• 1-2 years of experience developing web technologies
• Proficient in Linux
• Knowledgeable in real time threading issues
• Experience working with Angular, React, Docker, Python, SQL
• Experience with message queues (ZeroMQ, RabbitMQ or similar)
• Unit, integration and end-to-end test development frameworks and techniques
• Experience with version control and modern software development tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of embedded systems, industrial devices is a plus
• The ability to multi-task with changing priorities in a fast-paced product environment
