Responsibilities: 

• Developing and maintaining web applications: Writing,modifying, and debugging web applications using Node.js, Javascript, HTML, andCSS. Supporting systems infrastructure in terms of continuous builds anddeployment.
• Collaborating with researchers and stakeholders: Supportand work closely with researchers and stakeholders to understand their needsand to collaborate on projects.
• Ensuring data privacy, compliance, and security: You willneed to ensure that the applications you develop comply with relevant laws andregulations regarding data privacy and protection, while protecting theUniversity's data and systems from unauthorized access and potential cyberthreats.
• Project management and organization: collaborate with thedesign team to gather requirements from stakeholders to scope out primaryobjectives. Break down development tasks into logical organizational units.
• Staying current with emerging technologies: You will needto keep up with emerging technologies and best practices in web development toensure that the applications you develop are efficient, secure, easy tomaintain, and user-friendly.
