Welder

A Welder position for Dallas, TX ( Oak Cliff) is needed. Job duties will vary. You must have physical the strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Also, the ability to understand and communicate information efficiently to management.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform the task at hand.
• Set up and troubleshoot welding machinery.
• Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous project instructions.
• De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture.  Accurately measure, test, and document the results of inspections.
• Adherence to all elements of Quality Management and Safety systems.
• Clean up the work area daily.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and other types of weld-based project needs

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED
• Be able to lift 15-50 + lbs.
• Strong work ethic, and work history.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varied climate environments.
• Available to work hours as needed, OT when available.
• 1 to 2 (+) years minimum of experience.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
