Job Role Definition We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join global brand project. You will work as a Customer Service Representative of the world's leading subscription service for watching TV episodes and movies on your favourite device.
Responsibilities: Manage customers' needs via phone or chat with professional manner.
Requirements: Fluent Italian & able to have basic communication in English. Familiar with pc and new trend online streaming brand. Being collobrative with team members.
Benefits: 14 salaries in a year, monthly performance bonus up to 120€, 175% payment for overtime, sundays and bank holidays, 20 days paid annual leave, medical insurance, social events & employee discounts.
