Job Description :

Tejjy Inc. invites applications for On-Site BIM Manager:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience as a BIM Manager/BIM Lead/Virtual Design and Construction Manager
  • Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university in Architecture or a related field with documented BIM utilization competency
  • Availability to work full-time on-site for the duration of the contract.
  • Knowledge of architectural design, 3D coordination, 3D modeling (Rhino, Sketchup) and rendering (Vray, 3dsMax) as well as Adobe Creative Suite for design
  • Proficiency in collaboration and data management solutions: BIM 360 Suite, Assemble, Synchro, Navisworks, 3D/BIM-enabled 3D visualization, and BIM-enabled asset management tool knowledge of the practices and techniques of Geospatial (GIS) tools, Automated facilities management systems, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technologies, Design review, and Project management applications
  • Well-versed in BIM, Asset Management (Maximo), CAD, and GIS integration and interoperability. Working knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats, and inter-operability techniques
  • Leadership skills and ability to thrive in highly collaborative environments and respond to simultaneous project demands
  • Current Certificate of Management in Building Information Modeling from the Associated General Contractors of America
  • Autodesk Certified Revit User

What you will do:

  • Lead and conduct Model review and Clash management sessions
  • Monitor and maintain project-level Common Data Environment (CDE) and associated workflow
  • Expertise in reviewing consultants’ and contractors’ BIM Execution Plans in depth.
  • Promote the state of the art in best practices for BIM.
  • Automate routines in BIM to support standards, Building Code Analysis, and productivity.
  • COBie template development and asset management spreadsheets.
  • Manage the organization of BIM content and templates.
  • Coordinate with multiple BIM specialists at consultant and construction firms and serve as a project-agnostic BIM subject matter expert.
  • Prepare BIM for design presentations, analysis, and documentation using Revit
  • Support in training needs, fielding of ad-hoc troubleshooting and Digital Design Review (DDR) efforts.
