Amazon E-commerce Specialist

This is a full-time on-site position!

This position is responsible for managing products, sales, ad campaigns, and promotions on Amazon, Walmart, and other digital sales channels. The candidate must be comfortable with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center. The ideal candidate will help drive sales and growth for all digital sales channels and will provide forward-thinking, results-driven, and plans and strategies for the eCommerce business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and improve customer engagement.
• Keep updating knowledge, strategies, and skillsets for beauty and health industry, product categories, products, and eCommerce selling tactics.
• Source new product ideas and industry trend, do the research respectively and implement eligible ones.
• Keep improving existing products to further boost sales.
• Optimize SEO, keyword ranking, product listings, ad campaigns, and promotions continuously.
• Leverage and drive healthy traffic inside and outside Amazon to targeted listings.
• Arrange promotions as directed by the team leader.
• Collaborate and support other teams to improve performance as a whole.
• Provide data-driven reports with insights on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Explore and recommend potential expansion into Amazon oversea markets as well as other marketplaces.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Amazon Seller Central experience, minimum 3 years (required) to 5 years (preferred). Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon oversea markets, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify
• Data-driven and self-motivated in a collaborative manner.
• Strong data analytics skillsets. Advanced Excel skills for functions and tools
• Strong communication skills and keep pursuing new unique values for the team.
• Detail-oriented & capable of managing multi-projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Willingness to be “all hands on deck” and perform other duties as assigned
