Associate Business Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Responsible to provide day-to-day user and operational support.
• Develop or maintain written documentation that is clear, understandable, audience appropriate and accurately captures the key information required for a quality solution that meets business needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensure potential issues or operational risks are tracked and escalated in a timely manner.
• Testing of small enhancements prior to moves to production, engaging the testing team as required.
• Apply requirements gathering and analysis techniques to facilitate the communication across stakeholder groups.
