Business Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

•  Collaborate cross-functionally to drive accurate BOM and part attribute data foundation as we transition master data from Excel environment to enterprise systems.
•  Help drive data accuracy improvement and transformation of data from excel to enterprise tools, such as Oracle Product Data Hub and Agile.
•  Cleanse, analyze and connect massive amount of data to validate data, generate analytics and create reports for supply base management team.
•  Use tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Office VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and others to automate data analysis and reports

 Requirements:

• 5 years experience in data analysis.
• Good interpersonal communication skills required to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside the function.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and self-directed.
• Work in project based environment, multi-tasking to meet fast paced and dynamic organization deadlines.
• Knowledge in supply chain Bill of Material concepts and procurement involving component suppliers and contract manufacturers.
