Job Description :

Tejjy Inc. is looking for Business Development Personnel to join our growing team in Rockville, MD. Experience in the AEC industry is preferred. H1 / OPT applicants are welcome. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Attending Meetings and Generating Leads

Understanding client requirements

Generating proposals, looking after bids & tenders

Identify relevant tender opportunities

Evaluate the merit of each tender

Developing growth strategies

Creating and maintaining client relationship

Researching business opportunities

Coordinate with BIM modelers

Assist Colleagues when needed

Requirements:

Associate's / Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering or Architecture

Familiar with BIM

Excellent communication skills

Confident, responsible and resourceful
