Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • This role collaborates with all levels and departments throughout the organization in the design, development, and integration of RPA technology, The Peron will be responsible and accountable for ensuring continuous process optimization solutions that enable organizational growth, while maintaining the highest level of member service. Thoroughly understands the critical discovery phase of the design function utilizing comprehensive proven process mining techniques who works as a team member along with the RPA Team Manager, IT Application Developers, and IT Analysts to deliver complete Robotic Process Automation solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
  • Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
  • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
  • Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand using established RPA tools.
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
  • Problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
  • Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document.
  • Responsible for business and industry analysis in order to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Learn new technologies to support future projects, if necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a “Process Thinking” mindset with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to convert them into solution designs
  • 2+ of years of experience in designing and implementing intelligent process automation (IPA) solutions using the leading RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath) and/or other emerging automation technologies (e.g., process mining)
  • Certification in intelligent automation (IA) and/or other emerging automation technologies preferred but not required
  • Experience in supporting the design, implementation, and/or management a center of excellence (CoE) in the automation space preferred but not required
  • Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment
  • Ability to design and implement a timely project schedule
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • 3 Years of RPA Development, Analysis and/or Design experience
  • .NET 4.0 development (C# preferred)/ASP.NET/Web Services.
  • Strong knowledge of application development life cycle
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-moving, agile environment
