Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepares presentations and presents information to leadership and staff that can be used to drive action and decision-making using tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau or Excel.
• Manages business intelligence requests, effectively prioritizing, communicating with requestors and meeting deadlines.
• Identifies and compiles appropriate data using various information management tools for the creation of sophisticated reporting and effective measurement of organizational performance.
• Performs organizational performance projections to support strategic planning and evaluation.
• Manages reporting tools and metadata to provide end users the capability to perform their own data analysis.
• Provides tools, resources and end-user training on business intelligence tools.
• Creates and produces reports, dashboards, charts and graphs using pre-defined databases, creating data visualizations that support analysis and information.
• Works with end users to identify business requirements for reporting and analysis, validates the results, and ensures data quality.
• Performs ad hoc queries and ongoing analysis to support decision-making and assess performance.
