Business System Analyst as Scrum Master

Our client is seeking a senior-level Business System Analyst as a Scrum Master. CPT candidates would be preferred.

Essentials Duties and responsibilities

• Gathering of system requirements, analysis, verification and validation, systems integration, operational performance analysis and system, as well as lifecycle price estimation as well as choice evaluation.
• Ensure systematic and logical transformation of merchandise specifications into complete methods answers that recognize scope, routine, and price constraints.

Needed Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of specifications management processes, to incorporate ideation thru style and also regular build, performance, and method security identification, definition, and assessing courses of action

• Understanding of the Systems Engineering "V" full lifecycle
• Working expertise of nimble engineering concepts, or even Scrum Agile methodologies

• Experience with total life cycle methods integration as well as assistance governance
• Experience with it Service Management recreation focusing especially on the layout as well as transition phases of the ITIL service lifecycle
• Experience with using business best practices as well as strategies to prerequisites, style along with information capture
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and also SharePoint/Office 365

Education:

• Bachelor's degree of Systems Engineering or perhaps in relevant specialized and scientific areas like engineering, physics, mathematics, operations investigation, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, and associated STEM degree program and 9 (nine) years or even more of relevant encounter or even
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering preferred with 7 (seven) years or even more of relevant experience

Good to have skills:

• INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), IT (ITIL)
• PMI-PBA certification or perhaps IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
• Licensed Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• The expertise of TOGAF and/(or) DoDAF structure framework
• Experience and project/task Leadership skills
• FISMA and also Security connected certification is a plus
