- Be forward thinking and guide long-range planning, recognizing the need for changes and adjustments as needed. This will be done while ensuring the successful execution of complex system projects and integration programs.
- Build strong and productive relationships with all business leaders, acting as a partner and making IT a business enabler.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that information technology provides our employees and clients with the best experience possible.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of work experience and leadership in the Technology industry
- 5+ years of CIO leadership in high-tech companies, preferably with SaaS business models
- Experience successfully maturing startup IT environments to mature systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferable
- Experience in customer and market-facing interactions.
