Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with executive leadership and individual department heads on overall company strategy and product priorities.
  • Encourage a balanced approach to decision making that synthesizes data and user research into a complete picture of the short-term results and long-term impact of product developments.
  • Create a leadership culture that values learning, development, coaching, and growth. You think proactively about org structure, hiring, and team placement to set your teams and the company up for maximum success. Ensure your team has the skills that it needs to effectively deliver today's roadmap, while also scaling the team's expertise to grow with the company.

 Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a large-scale, high-growth consumer business
  • Proven experience leading Product Management organizations in fast-paced, high growth companies where adaptability and an entrepreneurial spirit are imperative.
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen. Worked in annual planning processes, setting  and then hitting them 
  • Strong technical expertise including the ability to manage multiple threads of complex product and engineering activity.
  • Customer-focused mentality; proven track record of building highly scalable products.
