Job Description:

• Set a vision for how technology will be used within the company
• Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
• Outline the goals for research and development
• Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services. You will be the owner of the technology roadmap!
• Act as a mentor and build a team of software engineers
• Maintain a consumer-focused outlook and aid in the delivery of consumer facing products
• Develop go-to-market strategies that align with business goals
• Manage technology budgets and time frames
• Qualifications:
• 8+ years working in a technological role as a leader required
• Demonstrated ability to develop products from scratch
• Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology
• Exceptional team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
