Data Analystics Intern

Responsiblties;

• Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to commercial real estate properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the commercial real estate sector.
• Report Generation: Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data by performing regular data validation and cleaning tasks.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment, finance, and asset management, to support various research projects and data-driven initiatives.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced data analytics tools and software to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualification:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Extremely efficient with Microsoft 365 including Excel.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools Knowledge of programming languages is a plus. Full understanding of how to import/export from subsystems.
