Data Visualization Analyst

Responsibilities:

Engage in a small team environment, fostering close collaboration with government counterparts to ensure service excellence.
Embody the role of a technical expert, accentuating prowess in advanced analytics modeling & data visualization.
Architect and present compelling data visualizations sourced from a diverse range of databases to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Dissect data to unveil underlying relationships, patterns, and actionable trends.
Manipulate vast data sets, drawing insights that can guide strategic decision-making.
Work conjointly with cross-functional teams, absorbing feedback from non-technical clients.
Synthesize information from a multitude of sources, bridge data inconsistencies, and engage with data engineering and solution architects to render holistic solutions.
Facilitate collaboration with other data professionals to draft reports, monitor KPIs, and evaluate the efficacy of business undertakings.
Network with senior executives and business leaders to identify and act on areas ripe for enhancement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, management, or related fields.
Proficient in Tableau and MS Excel.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas, with an emphasis on supporting real estate and facilities management, policies, and operations:
Planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software systems – primarily data visualization tools.
Strategizing, developing, implementing, and overseeing systems dedicated to the acquisition, storage, and efficient retrieval of data.
