Job Description :
Experience & Skills:
- 5-10 years of hands on experience with different DFX architectures. Good to have exposure to multi-core and multi-processor architectures
- Has participated in multiple SoC DFX verification till tapeout stage
- Experience writing SoC testplans and re-using existing SoC verification infrastructure for DFX testing.
- Experience in SoC Testbench definition for DFX purposes.
- Experience in developing DFX related TB components and testcases, including functional coverage implementation and assertion coding.
- Experience in Gate level simulation & netlist debugging.
- Experience in Perl/Shell scripting.
- Experience with JTAG/TAP, BIST debug. Exposure to manufcaturing tests development and debug at SoC level.
