e-commerce/marketing intern

• A supplier of high-quality PPE products to businesses, healthcare organizations, and the public.
• Seeking an E-commerce intern with a minimum commitment of 10 hours weekly (can be up to a full-time role if preferred) for a minimum period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.  The work is in NYC or can be done remotely. 
• The work will be 40-60% on marketing, 20-40% on order management/customer service, 10-30% on site management/content/product management.
• You should be a very talented self-starter, an open-minded risk-taker, a quick learner with a strong interest in marketing and e-commerce, well organized, have an appreciation for good aesthetics, a strong desire to produce high-quality work and highly motivated to learn all things related to e-commerce and marketing.

Basic requirements:

• Motivated self-starter

• Very well organized

• Good English copywriting skills

•  Highly proficient in MS Office/Excel

Following experience/skills are highly desirable:

• Photoshop/photo editing

• Advertising

• Social media management

• Influencer campaigns (influencer research, engagement, campaign planning, and execution)

• Business communication

• Project coordination

• e-commerce operations

• Amazon marketplace/FBA management

Note:

• You will be working closely with a very experienced e-commerce manager with a background from top-tier strategy consulting firms, top-tier tech/e-commerce companies, and unicorn startups. 
• The internship will give you the opportunity to learn the end-to-end of e-commerce business.  You will also learn strategic problem-solving, the management approach and the mentality of large tech/e-commerce businesses.
• The internship will prepare you for a greater role in our small and growing company.  Alternatively, if your career objective is to pursue top-tier consulting/big tech/startup, the internship will give you an opportunity to learn skills that will make you a more attractive candidate.  In addition, if you excelled during the internship, we are happy to use our professional network to provide a good recommendation to the consulting/big tech/startups where we have good connections with (or any of your potential future employer).
