AWS Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement best practices for AWS applications: Data Integration, Analytics & Reporting
- Create ETL jobs to ingest and move data within the AWS environment using Glue
- Automation scripting within the environment using either Glue or Step Functions
- Architecture, design, automation, and deployment of production-grade data services and flows on behalf of our customers in
- AWS Support to Junior Developers, Team Leadership/Mentorship
- Support to Presales Team – Technical Whitepapers, Solutions Review
Profile Requirements :
For this position of AWS Data Engineer, we are looking for someone with:
- (Required) A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- (Required) At least 2 years of experience in production database architectures and data pipeline development
- (Required) Fluency in English (Spoken/Written)
- (Required) Amazon EMR, AWS Glue, Python and Lambda skillset
- (Optional) Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing tools
- (Optional) Understand the concept of Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform
