About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Associate Intern to join our team and assist in financial analysis, business operations, and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: 1-3 years of any Previously held Financial experience.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial statements, analyze data, and identify trends.
• Confidence: Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with executives and decision-makers.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on varied tasks across finance, operations, and sales.
• Ambition & Drive: Desire to grow into a leadership role over time.
• Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new industry knowledge, business processes, and sales techniques rapidly.
• Sales Interest: While finance is the primary focus, candidates who are interested in supporting business growth and sales strategy are highly encouraged to apply.
• Location Preference: Candidates in Columbus, OH, who can work on-site are preferred.
