Required Qualifications:
- Must-Have In-Depth Gw Insurance Suite Exp.
- Strong experience in managing Guidewire Insurance Suite service delivery. Monitor, track, and report Application Support & Maintenance metrics and SLA compliance.
- Should possess good experience in the P&C insurance domain and specifically in Commercial insurance (Auto, Workers Comp).
- Strong hands-on experience with ITIL processes, Service NOW / Cherwell tools, Vendor Management, and IT business processes in P&C Insurance.
- Should be well versed with the agile scrum delivery processes.
