HCM Report Developer

• 6 months with the possibility to go years
• Strong Communication skills are key
• Need compensation, payroll, core HR, OBIEE reporting

Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of OTBI Subject Areas for HCM Cloud Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Payroll
• Expert knowledge of BI Publisher (building complex data models and reports)
• Expert knowledge and experience using SQL
• Expert knowledge of HCM Cloud and Common Application database table structure
• HRIS Systems Experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Discuss reporting requirements with key business users
• Develop functional and technical specifications for reports
• Develop and unit test reportsWork with key business units to gain user acceptance of the report
• Produce technical documentation for migration of reports from one instance to another
• Deploy new and updated reports to production and non-production environments
