HL7 Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

Manages and oversees the entire Ancillary delivery unit.
Daily interacting with the client and the HCL management and check the overall risks, audit, support maintenance, and on-time delivery.
Support the HCL team and understand the customer's new requirement, Present the delivery status to HCL management.
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Utilization of strong data skills to provide solutions for both technical and business-related issues associated with the implementation of business analytics solutions.
Design and build of ETL and data cleansing processes.
Acquiring Data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
Providing 24X7 production support and available for escalations.
Flexible to work in shifts (including night shift) and taking upon call is mandatory.
Ability to provide data analysis according to business requirement.
Create reports, charts, graphs to show trend analysis
Supports database applications and analytical tools to support data integrity and quality
Should have good experience in Healthcare domain

Primary Skills:

ANC knowledge, Scripting Language
Required Technical Skill:
.Net Development (Full Stack if possible) with Integration Technologies exp (like Web Methods, Cloverleaf, Mulesoft or HL7)
Functional Skill:
Hospital IT Management, Clinical Lab Management
