Responsibilities:
- Utilizing PeopleSoft, perform system maintenance, production user support, enhancement design and delivery, and the annual benefits open enrollment process through.
- Maintenance, improvement, and support of the HR and benefits teams, and related systems and processes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts.
- Participate in the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of the HR, benefits, payroll, and impacted systems.
- Coordinate and participate in all user testing, training, and troubleshooting processes.
key Skills:
- Ability to work with, update, and maintain HRIS database.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools.
- Ability to create details reports from HR data sets.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Strong ideas of Project Management concepts.
- System documentation and data analysis.
