Job Description:

• The IT Analyst maintains primary responsibility for IT systems, security and end-user support for a specific site or region.
• collaboratively with internal personnel to: implement and manage IT systems, phone systems, applications, security, and network configurations for assigned facilities and users; evaluate operational efficiency of different IT systems; support, maintain and monitor internal and external networks; provide a high level of customer service while resolving Helpdesk tickets involving technical assistance to end users, answer questions and troubleshoot issues; document interactions with end users and recommend improvements; resolve IT performance issues; support and administer established disaster recovery plans; and support or manage other projects and duties as required to fulfill organizational information technology needs and promote continuous improvement.
