The Infrastructure Analyst has a high technical skills set and experience to provide efficient solutions to more complex requests across several technical areas: End User Devices, Intel Servers, Operating System Software compatibilities, Office and Productivity software compatibilities. These advanced skills allow the associate to be a key resource within the PC Support group and Intel Server group for completing all requests within the Service level Agreements.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in IT similar flied or equivalent experience, preferred
- 1-3 years experience providing Intel Server admin and support, required
