Job Description :

Key Activities:  Electrical design understanding, review, testing, modification in field (electrical/plc/software), installation and commissioning,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering.
  • 0 to 3 years’ experience in controls, electronics, and instrumentation systems engineering.

I&C Engineer Responsibility:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with systems engineering team to develop requirements.
  • Testing, commissioning and integration of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Develop/Modify the Electrical Design for PLC Control Panel.
  • Develop hardware and software design specifications, I/O lists.
  • Developing and testing of PLC system.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure unit control panel FAT/SAT is satisfactorily completed for the projects.
  • Perform diagnosis and solve any issues related to electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
  • Providing support to the site in successful commissioning of the installed system.

Requirements:

  • Have exposure or knowledge to design and review of control panel design and electrical schematics.
  • Have proficient understanding and implementation experience of control logic/application software for Manufacturing Process Automation.
  • Be proficient in Rockwell PLC programming languages and configuration tools or equivalent.
  • Be proficient in industrial HMI/SCADA for Rockwell/Ignition (inductive Automation) or equivalent.
  • Have exposure to site commissioning procedures.
  • Be an excellent team player and work with the team in resolving the critical situations encountered during the project execution.
  • Exposure in working with HVAC systems – Manufacturing and Automation Testing Process will be added advantage.
  • Experience in working with Ignition Scada will be added advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Maintain collaborative relationship with Client.
