Responsibilities
- Lifecycle management of all Link Group assets and Configuration Items.
- Currency, integrity, and usage optimisation of hardware Asset.
- Manages the design, development, and implementation of process and/or enhancements.
- Manages the continuous improvement of the automation and maintenance of IT Assets.
- Assists Configuration Management with audits and reports to ensure process compliance and the accuracy.
- Defines, creates, and monitors Asset Management health reports/dashboards
- Documents the audit processes, ensures the audits take place, and any issues identified are resolved
- Defines, implements, and improves Asset data governance processes.
