IT Head Developer

Job description:

 Microsoft technologies, infrastructure and operating systems, as well as the ability to support business applications with high levels of customer service and stakeholder engagement for system-related activities.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

•  Taking ownership of issues escalated to internal and external stakeholders as required.
•  Building and Managing IT Infrastructure and Resources for the business
•  Guiding and mentoring a small team
•  Dealing directly with end-users and business stakeholders to support new Infrastructure technologies and services.
•  Integrate new business applications into the infrastructure environment with a focus towards continuous improvement and assist with implementation activities.
•  Ensure process and procedures are developed, implemented and maintained.
•  Taking part in business/project meetings with Senior Management.
• Dealing with external technology and service providers for support requirements.

Key skills:

•  Tertiary qualification in IT and a business-related discipline.
• 7+ years- experience in developing and managing IT Support Lead role.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a dynamic environment.
• Supportive and  attitude Ability to independently manage Business IT requirements.
