IT Hotel System Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• The position will be responsible for providing all aspects of technical support to our hotels IT teams for system requirements including hardware, software, networks, applications and general technology maintenance and requests throughout the sub-region.
• The roll will provide support to Franchise hotels on implementation of Wyndham Corporate systems, specifically  and interface links to relevant Wyndham Central Services.
• They will liaise closely with the teams based in Singapore, Shanghai and   to ensure that appropriate support is delivered to hotels and is completed within the frameworks and processes of the wider organization.
• They will be the subject matter expert and sub-regional go to person with regard to the processes required for key actions and problem resolution.

• A methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
