Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot/repair hardware and software within a network environment.
- Setup and Configure Windows computers and peripherals.
- Respond to and resolve tickets/work orders supporting end-users and all site infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure including PC products, servers, network, WiFi, and other hardware/software.
- Resolve issues in person, by phone, or using remote assistance applications.
- Coordinate with vendors to deliver support provided by managed services.
- Ensures utilization of the service management tools for logging, managing, and resolving incidents and requests.
- Assist with technical documentation and contribute to the creation publishing of Knowledge Base articles used by all levels of support.
