IT Quality Specialist (Medicaid Experience)

Position: IT Quality Specialist Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

***All work must be completed on site

Job Duties:

• Knowledge of Enterprise IT Systems, system integration principles, and associated program, project, quality and test management best practices - Required 3Years
• Has an understanding of CMS’ Seven Standards and Conditions and the Medicaid program - Highly desired 5Years
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline driven environment - Required 5Years
• Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software - Required 5Years
• Skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels - Required 5Years
• Knowledge of planning, design and implementation of a Vendor Quality Management program including the policy, framework and procedures - Required 3Years
• Medicaid Program knowledge or experience in MMIS replacements - Highly desired 3Years
• Knowledge or experience in CMS certification processes - Highly desired    3Years
